财务与资金的集中管理和控制是新型企业常用的管理模式之一,这种管理模式能够提高企业的管理效率和效果,以及维护企业资金的安全高效运行。现阶段,随着竞争的日益加剧,集团企业这种组织形式也如雨后春笋般发展起来。然而,对于这种组织形式而言,它的下属公司较多并且分散,这给集团公司财务和资金的管理带来了极大的挑战。因此,采取对财务进行资金的集中管理和控制成为集团公司最佳的选择。针对现阶段我国集团企业财务和资金集中管控当中存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出针对性的对策建议,以期为提高集团公司财务和资金管控水平,以及降低财务管控风险提供依据。
Centralized management and control of finance and capital is one of the commonly used management modes of new enterprises. Such a management mode can improve the management efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises and safeguard the safe and efficient operation of enterprise funds. At this stage, with the increasing competition, such organizational forms of group enterprises have also mushroomed. However, for the organizational form, its subsidiary companies are more and more scattered, which poses a great challenge to the financial and fund management of the group company. Therefore, taking the centralized management and control of financial funds becomes the best choice for the group company. In the light of the problems existing in the group finance and fund centralized control in our country at the present stage, the paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the financial and fund management and control of the group company and provide the basis for reducing the risk of financial control.
