目的 探讨维拉帕米 (VP)对家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 制备家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察VP对血谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)和血、肝组织黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XO)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)及肝细胞形态学变化的影响。结果 肝缺血再灌注期间 ,GPT、GOT、XO活性及MDA含量均明显升高 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1) ,肝细胞肿胀、空泡变性 ,线粒体、内质网明显肿胀 ;缺血前使用VP可明显减轻上述指标的异常变化 ,肝细胞形态学异常变化显著减轻。结论 缺血前使用VP具有良好的保护兔缺血再灌注损伤肝脏的作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of verapamil on liver ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods Rabbit model of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury was established. The effects of VP on the activity of GPT, GOT and blood, XO, MDA, Effect of cell morphological changes. Results During hepatic ischemia / reperfusion, the activities of GPT, GOT, XO and the content of MDA were significantly increased (P <0.05 and P <0.01). The hepatocytes were swollen and vacuolar degenerated. The mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum were obviously swollen The use of VP before ischemia could obviously reduce the abnormal changes of the above indexes, and the morphological abnormalities of hepatocytes were significantly reduced. Conclusion The use of VP before ischemia has a good protection of the liver against ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits.
