本文讨论了提高技能型人才培养的社会适应性是西藏中高职衔接的主要目标。基于对中高职衔接基本内涵的把握,结合西藏中高职衔接的理论和现实依据探源,我们提出可持续发展西藏高职教育的重要途径:一是借鉴国内外成功经验,选择适合西藏高职发展的学制衔接模式;二是结合藏区职教发展现状,探索贯穿西藏职业教育的要素衔接途径:生源类型的衔接,课程体系的衔接,学生知识与技能的衔接等,并将上述衔接关系的逻辑序列绘制成“西藏中高职衔接模式关系图”。
This article discusses the main objective of improving the social adaptability of skilled personnel training in the middle and high vocational schools in Tibet. Based on the grasp of the basic connotation of secondary and higher vocational education and the exploration of the theoretical and practical basis of the connection between secondary and advanced vocational education in Tibet, we propose an important approach to sustainable development of higher vocational education in Tibet. Firstly, we draw lessons from the successful experiences both at home and abroad, Vocational education and vocational education; secondly, based on the status quo of vocational education in Tibetan areas, this paper explores the pathways of elements linking vocational education in Tibet: the connection of student types, the connection of curriculum system, the connection of students’ knowledge and skills, Logic sequence drawn as “Tibetan middle and high vocational convergence mode diagram ”.
