目的探究整体性护理在出血性脑血管患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2016年1-12月收治的90例出血性脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,将其均匀分为观察组与对照组各45例,对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施整体护理干预措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果比较两组患者的临床护理效果发现,观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,患者治疗有效率较高。结论对出血性脑血管患者实施整体护理干预措施有利于提高临床护理效果,提升治疗有效率,在实际应用中具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in hemorrhagic cerebrovascular patients. Methods Totally 90 patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group patients were given routine nursing mode and the patients in observation group The overall nursing interventions were implemented on the basis of routine nursing care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical nursing results of two groups of patients were compared. The nursing effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the treatment efficiency was high. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing intervention for patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease is beneficial to improve the effect of clinical nursing and improve the treatment efficiency, which has high promotion value in practical application.
