This article reports the preparation of a single antigen containing three Plasmodium species and its application to indirect fluorescent assays, particularly in screening large numbers of sera. Antigens were prepared according to Sulzer and Wilson (1967). Three Plasmodium species include Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium falciparum and P. brasilianum.
