1970年以来,我国铸造业中使用70砂代替石英砂造型,固然起到了防止矽尘和易于清砂的作用,但由于70砂型浇注时产生大量CO气体,能使工人发生急性中毒,严重影响着70砂的使用和推广。为了进一步肯定70砂的价值,有效地预防CO中毒,作者在太原重机厂铸钢车间进行了劳动卫生调查,测定了浇注现场的CO排放方式和扩散动态,调查了历次发生中毒的现场,查阅了病历记录和中毒事例资料,提出了综合防毒措施,报告如下:
Since 1970, the use of 70 sand instead of quartz sand in the foundry industry in our country has played a role in preventing silica dust and easy sand cleaning. However, due to the large amount of CO gas generated during pouring of 70 sand, workers can cause acute poisoning which seriously affects 70 sand use and promotion.
