感应器匝数的计算比较麻烦,且难以准确。这里介绍一种简易的方法,用这种方法几乎不需要什么计算,只要查查曲线就大致解决问题。当然这种方法的精确程度较差,但是由于它简单易行,实践上具有足够的准确性,还是值得推荐的。此法适用于中频发电机组或可控硅变频等中频电源。炉料为镍基或铁基合金。先按炉子的容量,计算出炉料的直径d,高度h;及感应器的直径D,高度H。计算步骤:
