胆囊炎和胆石症在急性发作期,右肋下绞痛、拒按、痛引胃脘、或彻肩背、恶心呕吐、寒战发热、甚或出现黄疸,为急腹症之一,临床并非少见。肝与胆互为表里,肝主疏泄、胆为中清之腑,腑以通为用,故“肝以疏散则和,胆以泄降则平”。据此,运用基本方柴茵金合剂以疏肝利胆为主,辨症加减,治疗胆囊炎和胆石症,效果比较满意。兹报告如下: 药物组成与用法:柴胡10克、茵陈15克、金钱草20克、赤芍10克、广木香6克、鸡内金6克、郁金10克、白芥子10克、青皮10克、玄胡10克。以上为一日量煎服。如恶心呕吐加法夏、代赭石;大便秘结加黄芩、
