目的研究心功能不全患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与B型利钠肽(BNP)的水平及相关性。方法选取2013年10月至2015年11月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的心功能不全患者174例。按LVEF及E/A分2组,心功能不全组(LVEF<50%或E/A<1,117例),正常对照组(LVEF>50%且E/A>1,57例)其中心功能不全组分为EF值下降的心功能不全组(LVEF<50%,E/A<1,81例),射血分数(EF)保留的心功能不全组(LVEF≥50%,E/A<1,36例)。检测RDW及BNP等临床资料水平,进行统计分析。结果心功能不全患者中RDW与BNP差异有统计学意义。EF值下降的心功能不全组较EF值保留的心功能不全组,RDW与BNP的值高,BNP与RDW呈显著正相关。RDW及BNP分别与LVEF呈显著负相关,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RDW对心功能不全可能有潜在诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the level of erythrocyte distribution width (RDW) and the level of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with cardiac insufficiency. Methods A total of 174 patients with heart failure admitted to Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from October 2013 to November 2015 were selected. According to LVEF and E / A, the patients with cardiac insufficiency (LVEF <50% or E / A <1,117), normal control group (LVEF> 50% and E / A> 1,57) (LVEF <50%, E / A <1, 81 cases), EF group (LVEF≥50%, E / A <1 , 36 cases). Detection of RDW and BNP and other clinical data, for statistical analysis. Results There was a significant difference between RDW and BNP in patients with cardiac insufficiency. The patients with impaired EF value had higher values of RDW and BNP than BN patients with preserved EF, and a positive correlation between BNP and RDW. RDW and BNP were significantly negatively correlated with LVEF, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions RDW may have potential diagnostic value for cardiac insufficiency.
