基于国际化视野提升高职旅游管理专业学生能力是高职旅游管理专业教育的目标,也是学生在激烈的职场竞争中立于不败之地的内在要求。本文分析了高职旅游管理专业学生能力提升的影响因素,从心理健康建设、人文教育、师资建设、课程建设等方面探讨学生能力提升的路径,以期为学生今后职业生涯提供可持续发展能力。
It is the goal of higher vocational tourism management education to improve the ability of tourism management majors in higher vocational colleges based on the international perspective. It is also the intrinsic requirement that students are invincible in the fierce competition in the workplace. This article analyzes the influencing factors of the ability of tourism management majors in higher vocational colleges. It explores the path of students’ ability ascension from the aspects of mental health construction, humanities education, teacher construction and curriculum construction so as to provide students with sustainable development ability in their future careers.
