一、“国军精实案”随着李登辉“总统”的上台，于９０年代初提出的台湾军队兵力调整方案，自１９９８年７月起进入实施阶段。此次兵力调整计划被称为“国军军事组织及兵力规划案”，又名“精实案”。所谓“精实”是指军事力量的精简和实战化，目的是调整机构、裁减现役兵力。
I. “National Military Exact Case” With the “presidential” assumption by Lee Teng-hui, the Taiwan military strength adjustment plan put forward in the early 1990s has been implemented since July 1998. The troops readjustment plan is called “the military organization and strength planning case”, also known as the “fine case.” The so-called “fine” refers to the streamlining and actualization of the military forces with the aim of adjusting the institutions and reducing the number of troops in active service.
