遵照伟大领袖毛主席“自力更生”的教导,我们于1967年底接受某单位提出的×××型继电器接点材料铂铱合金代用品的研究任务。研究目的在于:铂铱合金材料稀缺,价格高昂,又依赖进口,研究新型材料要立足于国内资源,节省外汇。代用材料的主要技术条件为: 材料在感性负荷下,接触压力10～15克,直流电压60伏,电流1安培,接点使用寿命达900～1000万次。
Following the guidance of Chairman Mao’s “self-reliance” by the great leader, we accepted the research mission of a unitary platinum-iridium alloy relay contact material made by a unit at the end of 1967. The purpose of the study is: Platinum iridium alloy material scarcity, high prices, but also dependent on imports, the study of new materials to be based on domestic resources and save foreign exchange. The main technical requirements of alternative materials: materials under inductive load, the contact pressure of 10 to 15 grams, 60 volts DC voltage, current 1 amp, contact life of 900 to 10 million times.
