为扩大产品,我厂进行了压氧机一、二级缸套的试生产。材质为ZG2Cr13,外径×高×壁厚为φ295 × 191×5毫米与φ130 × 201× 6毫米。二者内径均要求(?)8的光洁度,不允许有任何缺陷。首先采用一般的砂型铸造,进而采用失腊铸造,废品严重。主要缺陷是缩孔、缩松、气孔、渣孔。最后采用离心铸造,获得成功。
In order to expand the product, our factory carried on the trial production of the first and second cylinder of oxygen pressure machine.
