中国的改革开放似奔腾的江河激流,向纵深推进。十几年来,我们已取得了举世瞩目的成就,曾经在贫困中挣扎的中国人,正一步步迈向富裕。然而,由于中国各地经济、文化发展不平衡,以及自然条件、历史因袭等原委,我国目前尚有6500万人口没解决温饱。早在改革开放初期,邓小平同志就高瞻远瞩地指出,贫穷不是社会主义;中国人民要走共同富裕的道路。1994
China’s reform and opening up like a torrent of rivers and rivers, to advance in depth. Over the past decade or so, we have made remarkable achievements. The Chinese people who once struggled in poverty are gradually moving toward prosperity. However, due to the unbalanced economic and cultural development in various parts of China as well as the natural conditions and historic attacks, there are still 65 million people in our country who have not yet solved the problem of food and clothing. As early as the beginning of reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out in a far-sighted manner that poverty is not socialism and that the Chinese people must follow the path of common prosperity. 1994
