目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁斯特对肺炎衣原体感染并哮喘患儿肺功能及炎症因子表达的影响。方法回顾性分析自2015年3月至2016年3月沈阳军区总医院收治的128例肺炎衣原体感染并哮喘患儿的临床资料。根据治疗方法不同,将所有患儿分为A组(n=63)和B组(n=65)。A组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,B组联合应用沙美特罗替卡松及孟鲁斯特治疗。比较两组患儿咳嗽症状积分、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)百分率、肺功能等指标以及血清、痰液中白细胞介素18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(s IL-2R)、免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)等水平。结果与B组比较,A组患儿咳嗽积分、EOS百分率及皮肤点刺试验结果均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且,两组患儿血清及痰液的FVC、FEV1/FVC、IL-18、TNF-α、ECP、s IL-2R、Ig E水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁斯特能明显改善衣原体感染并哮喘患儿的肺功能,可有效降低炎症因子。
Objective To investigate the effect of salmeterol and tiayuton combined with monastus on lung function and expression of inflammatory cytokines in children with Chlamydia pneumoniae infection and asthma. Methods The clinical data of 128 cases of Chlamydia pneumoniae infection and asthma children admitted to Shenyang General Hospital of Military Command from March 2015 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into group A (n = 63) and group B (n = 65) depending on the method of treatment. Group A was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhaler, and group B was treated with salmeterol and pinecone. The scores of cough symptom scores, eosinophils (EOS) percentage, pulmonary function and serum levels of IL-18, TNF-α, Cell cationic protein (ECP), soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R), immunoglobulin E (Ig E) and other levels. Results Compared with group B, the scores of cough, percentage of EOS and skin prick test in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P <0.05). Moreover, the serum and sputum FVC, The difference of FEV1 / FVC, IL-18, TNF-α, ECP, s IL-2R and IgE was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Salmeterol / triclosan combined with montelukast can significantly improve pulmonary function in chlamydial infection and asthmatic children, which can effectively reduce inflammatory cytokines.
