本文总结我院1986年～1996年收治眼部铁水烧伤38例44眼，其中双眼6例；男性36例，女性2例;年龄最大45岁，最小19岁．烧伤程度：Ⅰ度烧伤5眼，占11.36％，Ⅱ度烧伤24眼，占54.59％，Ⅲ度烧伤10眼，占22．72％,Ⅳ度烧伤5眼，占11．36％.治疗方法：①迅速冲洗，并给维生素C和自家血结膜下注射；②散瞳、滴半胱氨酸眼水，对结角膜缺血坏死的严重烧伤做结膜放射状切开并剪除结膜下坏死组织，用鲜鸡蛋膜预防睑球粘连；③全身给抗生素、皮质类固醇、维生素C及2％依地酸二钠静点；④早期结膜移植，用于烧伤眼表面重建也是有效的治疗方法．经治疗大部分病例取得令人满意疗效．Ⅰ～Ⅱ度烧伤视力恢复到1．0以上，Ⅲ度烧伤视力0．5～0．8，Ⅳ度烧伤视力光感-0．3．本文建议对乡村医生普及眼外伤急救培训，如在处理上有困难应及时送往有专科的医院治疗．
This article summarizes the hospital from 1986 to 1996, 38 cases of eye burns in 44 eyes, including 6 eyes; 36 males and 2 females; the oldest 45 years old, minimum 19 years old. The degree of burns: 5 eyes with grade Ⅰ burn, accounting for 11.36%, 24 with grade Ⅱ burn, accounting for 54.59%, 10 with grade Ⅲ burn, accounting for 22.72% and 5 with grade Ⅳ burns, accounting for 11.36%. ① rapid irrigation, and to their own blood and vitamin C subconjunctival injection; ② mydriatic, drops of cysteine eye water, the corneal keratoconjunctival necrosis severe burn do conjunctival radial incision and cut off subconjunctival necrosis, with fresh Egg membrane to prevent symblepharon; systemic systemic antibiotics, corticosteroids, vitamin C and 2% edetate disodium static point; ④ early conjunctival transplantation for burn eye surface reconstruction is also an effective treatment. After treatment most cases achieved satisfactory results. The visual acuity of Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree burns is restored to above 1.0, the visual acuity of Ⅲ degree burns is 0.5 ~ 0.8, the degree of visual acuity of grade Ⅳ burn is -0.3. This article recommends that the first aid to rural doctors trauma emergency training, such as the difficulties in handling should be promptly sent to a specialist hospital for treatment.
