中职教师的教学研究能力对中职教育教学质量发挥着重要作用。提高中职教师教学研究能力是促进教师专业化发展、提升中职教育教学质量的有效措施。笔者针对中职院校数学教师教学能力现状,以提高中职数学教师教学研究能力为出发点,探讨了提高教师教学研究能力的方法和途径,以推进中职院校数学教师专业化发展和教学质量的提高。
