推进素质教育,关系到全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,关系到亿万青少年的健康成长,关系到国家和民族的长远未来。自1999年《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》颁布以来,我省各级教育行政部门和学校积极推行素质教育,取得了明显的成效。但是,在新形势下,如何全面推进素质教育,依然面临许多问题。为进一步提高对全面实施素质教育的重要性、紧迫性、艰巨性的认识,交流全面实施素质教育的体会,营造全面实施素质教育的良好氛围,本刊策划了《素质教育大家谈》专题。专题主要围绕六个方面进行:树立科学的素质教育观;找准素质教育的突破口;教育均衡、追求公平;教育教学评价期待“破冰”;学校素质教育重在务实;发挥课堂在素质教育中的主阵地作用。我们期望通过素质教育大讨论,广大教育工作者能够统一思想,达成共识,全面贯彻党的教育方针,切实推进素质教育,为我省教育改革和发展作出新的贡献。
The promotion of quality education is related to the comprehensive implementation of the party’s education policy and the healthy growth of millions of adolescents and youth and affects the long-term future of the country and the nation. Since the promulgation of the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Quality-oriented Education in 1999, the education administration departments and schools at all levels in our province have actively pursued quality education and achieved remarkable results. However, under the new situation, how to comprehensively promote quality education still faces many problems. In order to further enhance the understanding of the importance, urgency and arduousness of implementing quality education in an all-round way, to exchange views on the full implementation of quality education and to create a good atmosphere for implementing quality education in an all-round way, we have planned the topic of “Quality Education for All”. The main topics focus on six aspects: to establish a scientific concept of quality education; to find a breakthrough in quality education; balanced education, the pursuit of fairness; education and teaching evaluation look forward to “break the ice”; quality education in schools focus on pragmatism; In the main front role. We hope that through discussion on quality education, the majority of educators will be able to unify their thinking, reach a consensus, fully implement the party’s education policy, and earnestly promote quality education so as to make new contributions to the education reform and development in our province.
