11月15日,中美双方结束了长达13年之久的关 于中国加入世界贸易组织双边谈判,在北京签 署了《中美关于中国加入世界贸易组织的双边协议》。此事引起全球热烈瞩目。这一协议的签署无疑将十分有利于加快中国加入WTO进程,有利于促进中美经贸合作的全面发展,有利于中美双方建立有实质内容的战略协作伙伴关系,有利于世界经济的发展和繁荣。本刊记者组近日邀请并采访一些经济理论界知名专家、教授、研究员,组织了这一专题讨论,并将他们对这一问题的若干看法在此刊出。
On November 15, China and the United States concluded the 13-year long bilateral negotiations on China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and the “China-US bilateral agreement on China’s accession to the World Trade Organization” in Beijing. The incident has aroused global attention. The signing of this agreement will undoubtedly be very conducive to accelerating China’s accession to the WTO, promoting the all-round development of Sino-U.S. Economic and trade cooperation, facilitating the establishment of substantive strategic cooperation partnerships between China and the United States, and contributing to the development and prosperity of the world economy . Our press group recently invited and interviewed some well-known experts, professors and researchers in economic theory circles to organize this symposium and put forward some opinions on this issue.
