瘘管型根尖炎目前一般采用根管治疗和塑化治疗保存病牙。但根管治疗较复杂且时间较长。而塑化治疗会致牙变色,故前牙不适用。对唇颊侧瘘管型根尖炎的单根牙,采用碘酚液作根管——瘘道通过法1次完成治疗全部过程,包括永久充填等牙冠修复。操作简便,疗程短,牙不变色,疗效满意,是我科1980年开展以来乐意采用的方法。现将我科自1980年至1984年所做碘酚液根管——瘘管通过1次完成治疗的病例中,追踪观察的81个病人中100个病牙的体会报告如下:
