长期以来,中国职工教育与职业培训协会(以下简称中国职协)坚持开展理论研究,探索新形势下企业职工培训、职业培训事业的发展规律,为高技能人才培养和职业培训发展服务,为提高劳动者素质和促进就业服务。经过推荐、初审、复审等环节,2010年11月,中国职协召开本年度优秀科研成果专家评审会,终评出1637项成果,涵盖职业培训类论文、职工教育类论文、课题、调研报告、课件、教材、讲义及校本教材、教案8个大类,为历年之最。本刊将陆续选登优秀成果,与广大读者分享。
