太极拳是我国武术宝库里的一项瑰宝,从起源后通过不断的改进发展,逐步演变成一个有多种流派的武术,几百年来,其健身功效逐步被人们所认可。尤其是在新中国成立以后,又整理出了24式、48式和88式太极拳,为太极拳健身功效的发挥起到了很大的推动作用。随着社会的进步,各种现代病逐步被人们所重视,人们开始注意参加锻炼,太极拳就是一种很好的健身方法。
Taijiquan is a gem in the treasure chest of our martial arts. It gradually evolved into a martial art with many schools through its continuous improvement and development since its origins. For hundreds of years, its fitness effect has been gradually recognized by people. Especially after the founding of New China, the 24th, 48th and 88th Taijiquan have been sorted out, which has played a significant role in promoting the effectiveness of Taijiquan fitness. With the progress of the society, all kinds of modern diseases have gradually been taken seriously by people. People began to pay attention to participating in exercise. Taijiquan is a good way to exercise their health.
