评价“洁芙柔”快速消毒手部皮肤和持续抗菌的效果。方法 快速消毒效果观察中 15 0名试验对象随机分为 3组 ,分别予“洁芙柔”、“爱瑞生”、肥皂流动水处理 ,处理前后采集手指培养标本 ;延效作用观察的 10名对象采用自身前后对照 ,分别给予“洁芙柔”消毒和肥皂流动水洗手处理各 1次 ,戴无菌手套 6 h,在处理前、处理后 2 min、2 h、4h和 6 h各采集手指细菌培养标本计算除菌率。结果 “洁芙柔”揉搓于手部 2 m in后 ,除菌率 97.1% ,与“爱瑞生”组相仿 ,与肥皂洗手组比 ,差异有统计意义 ;“洁芙柔”延效作用观察 ,在消毒后培养菌落数均少于肥皂洗手组 ,差别有统计意义。结论 “洁芙柔”可有效减少手指皮肤细菌 ,抗菌作用可持续至少 6 h。

Conclusion “Jie Fu Rou” can effectively reduce the bacteria on the finger skin, the antibacterial effect sustainable at least 6 h.
