地震观测和预测体系本质上是一种信息系统。过去十多年来,在中国大陆的危险区和试验场建立了多学科多手段的观测台网。积累了大量的前兆观测和环境因子观测的时间序列,它们和地震事件序列一起构成了极为宝贵的地震前兆信息资源。 观测事实多次表明:大震前,尤其是进入了短期和临震阶段,多种异常现象可能出现。异常区的范围一般超过震源区,异常不仅出现在发震断层附近,还可能不均匀地出现
Earthquake observation and prediction system is essentially an information system. Over the past decade or so, multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary observatories have been established in hazardous areas and test sites in mainland China. Accumulating a large number of time series of precursory observations and environmental factor observations, together with the sequence of seismic events, constitute an extremely valuable seismic precursor information resource. Observational facts have shown many times: Before the great earthquake, especially in the short-term and imminent earthquake stage, a variety of anomalies may occur. The anomaly area generally exceeds the source area, and anomalies not only appear near the seismogenic fault, but also occur unevenly
