原州区自2003年以来先后开展了农发一期“马什好”项目区和农发二期开城项目区建设,项目建设依据“沟坡兼治、对位配置、依靠科技、深度开发,全面实现耕地梯田化、荒山荒坡林草化、径流拦蓄利用化、田间道路网络化、地埂利用生态化、农田种植高效化、产业基地规模化”的思路,形成了集经济、生态和社会效益为一体的综合防治体系,促进了项目区经济社会的协调可持续发展,为黄土高原地区大流域示范区建设积累了经验。
