通过测定老年糖尿病患者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,发现糖尿病患者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显低于对照组,血糖与Na+-K+-ATP酶活性呈负相关(r=-0.656)。糖尿病伴神经病变患者神经传导速度明显减慢,Na+-K+-ATP酶活性倾向低于不伴神经病变者。
The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in erythrocytes of diabetic patients was significantly lower than that of the control group by measuring the Na + -K + -ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in senile diabetic patients. There was a negative correlation between blood glucose and Na + -K + -ATPase activity (r = -0 .656). Nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic neuropathy was significantly slowed down, Na + -K + -ATPase activity tended to be lower than those without neuropathy.
