This paper introduces a new three-dimensional model by the instrument, in the micro-computer system (16) under the control of a wide speed motor drive profile milling control system can be achieved, including three-way profile and other 28 different ways of working , High precision machining, roundness of processing roundness error of not more than ± 15μm, X4450 milling machine on the successful trial. The system has been adopted for production.
