奥园地产(股票代码:3883)9月20日公布了赴港上市详情,该公司计划发行7亿新股,集资约31.14亿港元,并将于9月21-27日公开认购,10月9日香港主板挂牌。据招股文件显示,奥园地产预计2007全年净利润为5.42亿元人民币。截止今年6月30日,奥园集团共有11个处于不同发展阶段的项目,其中7个位于广东省,另外4个位于江西省、广西省及重庆市。其拥有的物业总建筑面积约为610万平方米。
Aoyuan Real Estate (stock code: 3883) announced on September 20 details of the listing in Hong Kong, the company plans to issue 700 million new shares, raising about 31.14 billion Hong Kong dollars, and will be September 21-27 public subscription, October 9 Hong Kong Main Board listed. According to the prospectus, Aoyuan Real Estate expects 2007 annual net profit of 542 million yuan. As of June 30 this year, Aoyuan Group has 11 projects in different stages of development, of which 7 are located in Guangdong Province and the other 4 are in Jiangxi Province, Guangxi Province and Chongqing Municipality. Its owned property has a total GFA of approximately 6.1 million square meters.
