In recent years, the huge leading role of high-tech enterprises in the economic growth in Europe and the United States has drawn the attention of governments and enterprises in various countries in the world. China’s economy facing structural adjustment will increasingly rely on the development of high-tech enterprises and the increase of the technological content of existing industries. Domestic and international experience tells us that financial support is the key factor in industrialization of science and technology. The second board market is also the most effective channel for high-tech enterprises to obtain financial support. Therefore, the need to support high-tech enterprises has been proposed to us
