慢性化脓性上颌窦炎,通常依靠手术治疗。我们于1983年9～11月将治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的方法,用于慢性化脓性上颌窦炎的治疗,共21例,近期疗效满意。经一年随访:在近期治愈的14例中有11例不复发;3例分别于一疗程结束后的第6～7个月因患重感冒而复发,待急性炎症期过后,再给予穿刺,注药1～2次后均又获治愈,随访至今未复发。好转的2例中有1例经注药2个疗程后也获治愈,另1例改行手术治疗。无效的2例均已采用手术。只有3例因失去联系而无法随访。
Chronic suppurative maxillary sinusitis usually depends on surgery.
