我省现有36个小氨厂,共有各种锅炉119台,总蒸发量464吨。其中:①四吨快装链条炉(KZL4—13)30台;②四吨快装振动炉(KZZ4—8 13)28台;③二吨快装手烧炉(KZG2—8)21台;④兰开夏1.5—2吨/时10台;⑤四吨水管链条炉(SFC4—13)5台;⑥六吨半水管链条炉5台;⑦其余各种锅炉20台。到现在为止,共改造了77台锅炉(包括原设计烧白煤的振动炉KZZ4—8 13 28台),改造后的蒸发量325.5吨。改造好的锅炉中有振动炉36台,沸腾炉29台(24个厂都有了沸腾炉),链条炉12台。
The province now has 36 small ammonia plant, a total of 119 sets of various boilers, the total evaporation 464 tons. Among them: ① four tons of quick-loading chain furnace (KZL4-13) 30; ② four tons of quick-loading vibrating furnace (KZZ4-8 13) 28; ③ two tons of fast hand furnace (KZG2-8) 21; ④ Lancashire 1.5-2 tons / hour 10 units; ⑤ Four tons of water pipe chain furnace (SFC4-13) 5; ⑥ 5 tons of six tons of semi-pipe chain furnace; ⑦ 20 sets of the remaining various boilers. Up till now, a total of 77 boilers (including 28 KZZ4-813 vibrating furnaces designed for incinerating coal) have been rebuilt and the converted evaporation capacity has reached 325.5 tons. A good boiler has 36 vibrating boilers, 29 boiling furnaces (24 plants have a boiling furnace), 12 chain furnaces.
