在石油化工厂中,环烷酸腐蚀需要采用加工设备脱除,传统的石油脱酸技术存在的三废问题,因此需要在处理工艺中逐步完善。随着原油劣质趋势的不断加剧,开采的原油中含有的环烷酸含量也在不断增多,这就使得在炼油工业中面临着一系列急需解决的问题。通过对环烷酸腐蚀特点的阐述,指出了目前的原油中需要进行脱酸的重要性,并且针对石油中的环烷酸的脱除了精制工艺的综述方式。
In petrochemical plants, naphthenic acid corrosion needs to be removed with processing equipment, the traditional petroleum deacidification technology exists in the three waste problems, and therefore need to gradually improve the processing technology. As the worsening trend of crude oil worsens, the content of naphthenic acid in the crude oil extracted is also increasing, which makes the oil refining industry face a series of problems to be solved urgently. By elaborating the characteristics of naphthenic acid corrosion, the necessity of deacidification in the present crude oil is pointed out, and the review of the purification process of naphthenic acid in petroleum is summarized.
