要搞好农村防痨,关键是把县一级防痨机构建设好。泰安地区于1971年建立防痨专业机构,开始了全区10个县700万人口的农村防痨。首先面临的困难是各县均无防痨机构,单靠地区专业人员工作无法深入。我们决定先搞实际调查,争取上级领导的重视及支持。1974年我们在东平县花兰店公社进行一次普查,用事实说明了结核病仍是威胁人民健康的严重疾病。上级对此次调查很重视,下达文件要求各县积极创造条件建立防治机构。
To improve rural prevention, the key is to build a county-level prevention and control agencies. Tai’an area in 1971 to establish a professional anti-tuberculosis institutions, started the 10 counties in the region 7 million rural population control. The first difficulty is that all counties have no anti-tuberculosis institutions, and the work of regional professionals alone can not be further developed. We decided to engage in an actual investigation first and strive for the attention and support of superiors. In 1974, we carried out a census in the Hualien Branch Commune, Dongping County, and used facts to prove that tuberculosis is still a serious disease that threatens people’s health. The higher the survey attached great importance to this document issued by the county asked actively to create the conditions to establish prevention and control agencies.
