教学相长,教师和学生是教学中的一对统一体,学生的学习成绩好坏,固然与学生的天赋及他们后天的努力分不开,但教师的教学责任也是尤为重要的因素之一。应该说教师的教学责任涉及面很宽,有些是可以量化的,有些却无以量化。例如教师的态度就是其中无以量化的责任之一。而这种无以量化的责任恰恰影响着教学的方方面面。对此,笔者根据多年的教学进行了一些分析,并予以实际的数据调查说明钢琴教学中教师的态度对学生的影响及作用。
Teaching and learning, teachers and students are teaching a pair of unity, the students ’academic performance is good, of course, and students’ talent and their acquired efforts are inseparable, but the teacher’s teaching responsibility is one of the most important factors. It should be said that teachers’ teaching responsibilities cover a very wide range, some can be quantified, while others are not quantified. For example, the attitude of teachers is one of the unquantifiable responsibilities. And this unquantifiable responsibility affects just about every aspect of teaching. In this regard, the author based on years of teaching conducted some analysis, and to conduct an actual data survey shows that the piano teacher teaching attitude and impact on students.
