Many primary and secondary school principals do not yet have a deep understanding of the nature of education governance. Researchers and principals of colleges and universities discuss the issue of democratic management in schools at present. They think that democratization of school management still has a long way to go. The democratic awareness of school administrators, teachers, students, parents and other related subjects needs to be enhanced and the democratic participation capability needs to be improved urgently. The reason is related to various factors such as the choice of value, division of responsibility, work pressure, channels of information communication and government intervention. We suggest starting with improving the culture of democracy, democracy and democratic institutions, and enhancing the democratic awareness and participation of relevant actors so that the overall vitality of schools will be rejuvenated in a democratic way.
