“X”时代 “X”时代的出生约从1965至1977年,他们的父母就是战后婴儿潮那批的幸运儿,他们尝尽了科技的甜头,巅覆了很多传统思想与观念,享受经济快速发展后的高薪,他们历经大量生产获益的年代,创造了知识无价、资讯突破疆界、创新带来财富的事实。而他们的子女在传统社会中接受教育,又与电脑一同成长,所以具备了电脑知识,他们在紊乱与快速变动的经济条件下培养了不同的思考模式。在即将毕业投入就业市场的时候,我们发现他们不愿受制式的企业结构拘束,他们追求自由的工作环境,希望的薪水比企业界所能提供的还要高。
In the “X” era and the “X” era, from 1965 to 1977, their parents were the lucky winners of the post-war baby boomers. They tasted the sweetness of science and technology, and covered many traditional ideas. Concepts, enjoy the high salary after rapid economic development, and they experienced the era of mass production gains, creating the fact that knowledge is priceless, information is breaking boundaries, and innovation is bringing wealth. Their children are educated in traditional society and grew up with computers. Therefore, they have computer knowledge. They cultivate different thinking patterns under disorganized and rapidly changing economic conditions. When we graduated into the job market, we found that they were unwilling to be restrained by the standard corporate structure. They were pursuing a free work environment and hoped to earn more than the business community could provide.
