After the summer school, in order to find out the teacher's satisfaction with his job, our school conducted a questionnaire survey. The result is quite surprising. As many as one-third of the teachers in the school are unwilling to work as class supervisors. Nearly one-third of the teachers hope that they will work in service posts such as administrative and logistics departments and are satisfied with their job positions Less than one tenth. If teachers are unwilling to work in shifts and are reluctant to engage in teaching work, what are the development of the schools and take-off? I am afraid that even the basic functions of teaching and educating people are hard to guarantee.
