“救生设备用逆反光材料及应用研究”是交通部1992—1993年重点科研项目之一。在部科技司、安监局、救捞局的领导支持下,该项研究工作从申报课题时就已开始了预研工作,主要承担单位有交通部标准计量研究所、上海申江服装厂及中国远洋运输总公司。在一年多的时间里,该项研究工作已取得了可喜的进展,克服了许多困难,攻克了许多难关,现已研制出了救生设备用逆反光材料。该材料的研制完全是按照国际海事组织(IMO)1989年10月19日通过的决议 A·658(16)的要求进行的,其主要技术性能已达到了国际海事组织(IMO)规定的有关要求。现在反光材料装贴在海船上的试验已达1年之久,其反光效果仍然很好。
“Life-saving equipment used in retroreflective materials and applied research” is the Ministry of Communications 1992-1993 one of the key scientific research projects. With the support of the ministry’s science and technology department, safety supervision bureau and rescue and salvage bureau, the research work has already started the pre-research work when declaring the subject. In more than a year, the research work has made gratifying progress, overcome many difficulties and overcome many difficulties. Now it has developed a retroreflective material for life-saving equipment. This material has been developed in full accordance with the requirements of Resolution A.658 (16) adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on October 19, 1989 and its main technical performance has reached the requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) .
