石油资源具有复杂性、不可再生性、稀缺性等特点,其特点决定了石油资源是十分重要的战略物资资源。石油开放工程建设中需要大量的资金、先进的技术。做好石油工程造价管理问题,对于控制石油企业的投资规模,提高其经济效益显得格外重要。本文简要介绍了石油工程在建设中存在的一些问题,并分阶段指出了各阶段存在的问题以及加强石油工程造价管理的措施。
Petroleum resources are complex, non-renewable, scarcity and other characteristics, which determine the characteristics of petroleum resources is very important strategic material resources. Oil open project construction requires a lot of money, advanced technology. Doing a good job in the cost management of oil projects is particularly important for controlling the investment scale of petroleum enterprises and increasing their economic benefits. This article briefly introduces some problems in the construction of petroleum engineering, and points out the problems existing in each phase and the measures to strengthen the cost management of petroleum engineering.
