一、概况 陀螺加速度表当量的不稳定性和高温当量超差,直接影响其性能和合格品率,是生产中的关键问题。 本文针对引起高温当量超差的诸因素进行理论分析和讨论。在综合分析的基础上提出了几项具体办法作为提高当量稳定性的工艺措施。这些措施,在生产的实践中得到了验证,高温当量△K_1T100%的达到的优选指标,在单表和平台的综合测试过程中性能非常稳定。
