本文报告了白细胞总数低于4000/mm~3的22名放射科工作者和工业X线探伤人员血液、免疫和细胞遗传学等指标的变化。结果表明,观察组白细胞总数均值为3602/mm~3,中性粒细胞为2307/mm~3,淋巴细胞为122.2/mm~3,均明显低于对照组。T淋巴细胞百分数为49.3%,T和B淋巴细胞绝对数为559/mm~3和73/mm~3,均比对照组明显降低。同时,观察组染色体畸变率为0.93%,微核率为0.9‰,与对照组相比显著增高。文中还对引起上述指标改变的可能原因进行了初步讨论。
This article reports the changes in blood, immunity, and cytogenetics of 22 radiologists and industrial X-ray workers who have leukocytes less than 4000/mm~3. The results showed that the average number of leukocytes in the observation group was 3602/mm~3, neutrophils were 2307/mm~3, and lymphocytes were 122.2/mm~3, which were significantly lower than those in the control group. The percentage of T lymphocytes was 49.3%, and the absolute numbers of T and B lymphocytes were 559/mm~3 and 73/mm~3, both significantly lower than those in the control group. At the same time, the chromosome aberration rate in the observation group was 0.93%, and the micronucleus rate was 0.9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The paper also discussed the possible causes of the above changes.
