司法公正是指司法审判人员在司法和审判活动的过程和结果中应坚持和体现公平和正义的原则。它以实体公正和程序公正相结合,一般公正和个别公正相统一,公平与效率相一致为特点。
Judicial justice refers to the principle that judicial adjudicators should uphold and demonstrate fairness and justice in the process and result of judicial and judicial activities. It is characterized by the combination of substantive justice and procedural fairness, the unification of general justice and individual fairness, and the consistency between fairness and efficiency.
