《电绝缘鞋通用技术条件》(GB12011—2000)国家新标准,是原国家经贸委安全生产局、全国劳动保护用品标准化技术委员会,对我国电绝缘鞋类三项标准GB12011—89、GB12015—89、GB12016—89的修订。把全国电绝缘鞋标准统一起来,对企业十分有利,克服了过去标准过多,不易掌握的现象。例如:绝缘皮鞋和布面胶鞋新标准在泄露漏电流指标上与原标准相比,从0.5MA/KV下降到0.3MA/KV,安全性能大大提高。新标准对电绝缘鞋生产厂家加强了约束,保证了使用者的安全。从标准上看,相同试验电压下,新标准与原标准泄露漏电
