研究了中药脂血康煎剂对冠心病102例的血浆脂蛋白、载脂蛋白(Apo)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚组分HDL2、HDL3水平的影响,并通过4%~30%聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳观察了给药前后HDL亚组分的颗粒直径和相对百分含量的变化。结果显示,脂血康能显著降低患者血浆甘油三酯(TG,P<0.05),总胆固醇(Tc,P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc,P<0.05)和ApoB(P<0.02)的水平以及冠脉风险指数(CI,P<0.005),升高ApoA-Ⅰ(P<0.005)、HDLc(P<0.01)和HDL2c(P<0.005)的水平,增加颗粒直径较大的HDL2b的相对百分含量(P<0.05),而且作用优于复方丹参片。提示脂血康能有效地改善冠心病患者的脂蛋白代谢,影响HDL的化学组成和颗粒分布,促进胆固醇逆向转运,从而预防动脉粥样硬化病变的发展。
To study the effect of Zhixuekang decoction on the levels of plasma lipoprotein, apolipoprotein (Apo), and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) subfragments HDL2 and HDL3 in 102 patients with coronary heart disease, and to pass 4% to 30% Aceacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis was used to observe the change of particle diameter and relative percentage of HDL subfraction before and after administration. And ApoB (P <0.02) and coronary risk index (CI, P <0.005), increased ApoA-I (P <0.005), HDLc (P <0.01), and HDL2c ( The level of P<0.005) increased the relative percentage of HDL2b with larger particle diameter (P<0.05), and the effect was better than compound Danshen tablets. It is suggested that lipoterone can effectively improve the lipoprotein metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease, affect the chemical composition and particle distribution of HDL, and promote the reverse transport of cholesterol to prevent the development of atherosclerotic lesions.
