出口贸易的增长给我国带来了巨大的经济效应,同时,环境污染问题也日益严重。本文从环境负外部性的角度分析了出口贸易发展过程中的环境污染问题,并在此基础上提出了对环境负外部性进行经济规制的政策建议。
The growth of export trade has brought tremendous economic effects to our country. At the same time, the problem of environmental pollution is also worsening. This paper analyzes the problem of environmental pollution in the development of export trade from the perspective of negative external environment, and on this basis puts forward policy suggestions on the economic regulation of environmental negative externalities.
