中国水利风景区的各项工作正逐步走向正轨,景区管理制度也逐渐完善,然而在发展的过程中一些问题也凸显出来。存在的主要问题有:规划不完善、执法主体不明、景区缺乏特色、水环境遭受污染等,这一系列的问题导致景区发展受阻,应当及时采取措施。文章通过对我国水利风景区目前的管理体制进行分析,针对存在的主要问题提出相应的解决对策。
The work of China’s water conservancy scenic area is gradually getting on track, and the scenic area management system is also being gradually improved. However, some problems have also emerged in the process of development. The main problems are: imperfect planning, unknown law enforcement authorities, lack of features in scenic areas, pollution of water environment, etc. This series of problems has hindered the development of scenic spots and should take timely measures. By analyzing the current management system of China’s water conservancy scenic area, the article puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing major problems.
