目的 :本实验旨在建立汉防己甲素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法 :采用ODSC18(2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm)为分析柱 ,以甲醇 乙醚 三乙胺 (10 0∶1∶0 .0 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 82nm。结果 :汉防己甲素在 0 .0 2 5~ 0 .2 0 μg范围呈良好线性关系 ,回收率为 99.8% ,RSD 2 .5 % (n =5 )。结论 :该方法简便、准确而灵敏 ,可用于不同状态下的汉防己甲素的质量控制。
Objective: This experiment aims to establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of tetrandrine. Methods: ODSC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol ethyl ether triethylamine (10:0∶1.05) and the detection wavelength was 2 82nm. RESULTS: The content of tetrandrine was linear in the range of 0.05 to 0.20 μg. The recovery rate was 99.8% and RSD was 2.5% (n = 5). Conclusion : This method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used to control the quality of tetrandrine in different conditions.
