文章介绍了装用三种不同踏面(TB、SY-40、SY-50型)的三台韶山1型电力机车的动力性能测试及踏面磨耗试验情况。结果表明:SY-50型磨耗形踏面与TB型踏面相比,轮缘磨耗可降低30—40%,在直道上运行时,非常平稳;通过小半径曲线时的动力性能优越。文章认为,在西北地区电力机车上使用SY-50型磨耗形踏面,既有经济效益,又能保证运行性能,故建议在西北地区尽快推广使用。
This paper introduces the dynamic performance test and tread wear test of three Shaoshan Type 1 electric locomotives equipped with three different treads (TB, SY-40 and SY-50). The results show that the wearing of SY-50 tread can be reduced by 30-40% compared with that of TB-tread, and it is very smooth when running on the straight road. The dynamic performance of SY-50 tread is superior when it passes through the small radius curve. The article believes that the use of SY-50 type tread on the electric locomotives in the northwest region, both economic and operational performance, it is proposed to promote the use of the Northwest as soon as possible.
