使用建筑陶瓷替代混凝土中的天然骨料制作成不同替代率的陶瓷再生混凝土梁,将不同替代率的混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁进行正截面抗弯性能试验,通过比较再生混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁的平截面假定的适用性、梁跨中挠度随荷载的变化规律、梁跨中钢筋应变曲线以及裂纹的开展与分布情况的结果表明再生混凝土梁的与普通混凝土梁的试验所得数据及其变化规律基本相同,差异性表现在替代率的增加会导致跨中挠度增长变快、裂缝开展变早、跨中钢筋过早进入屈服且应变值变大。试验和理论对比分析后发现,现行的混凝土规范与公式适合计算再生混凝土梁的极限承载力,而对于裂缝与挠度的验算需要进行修正。
