随着经济全球化的快速发展,煤炭行业面临的市场竞争日趋激烈,在新的市场经济的冲击下,煤炭企业需要不断的进行改革和发展。人力资源管理工作是煤炭企业经营发展的基础工作,加强人力资源管理风险因素的控制,才能够提高煤炭企业的经营管理水平,凝聚企业的核心竞争力,从而促进煤炭企业的长久发展。本文简单分析了煤矿企业人力资源管理存在的风险因素,并探讨了相关的控制方法。
With the rapid development of economic globalization, the market competition facing the coal industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Under the impact of the new market economy, coal enterprises need to carry out continuous reform and development. Human resources management is the basic work of coal enterprise management and development. Only by strengthening the control of human resources management risk factors can we improve the management level of coal enterprises and unite their core competitiveness so as to promote the long-term development of coal enterprises. This article simply analyzes the risk factors existing in human resource management of coal mining enterprises and discusses the related control methods.
